Welcoming Our New Charity Partner: Home‑Start UK Crawley, Horsham & Mid Sussex

The RPD Foundation is delighted to share that Richard Place Dobson has chosen  Home‑Start UK Crawley, Horsham & Mid Sussex as its Charity of the Year for 2025–2026. This partnership goes beyond fundraising; it marks the start of a shared journey rooted in compassion, community, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference for families across our region.

Home‑Start Crawley, Horsham & Mid Sussex plays a vital role in supporting parents with young children during some of life’s most challenging times. From financial difficulties and isolation to physical or mental health challenges, the organisation provides tailored, in-home support through a network of trained volunteers. Their work reflects our core values at the RPD Foundation: strengthening lives through trust, care, and connection. By focusing on early intervention, Home‑Start empowers families to build resilience, confidence, and a brighter future, one home at a time.

Throughout the year,  Richard Place Dobson will host a programme of fundraising events and activities designed not only to raise vital funds but also to bring people together, celebrating shared purpose and community spirit.  Events already planned include a quiz night (a fun-filled evening of trivia and team bonding) and a footgolf tournament (a unique and inclusive activity for colleagues, friends, and families). These events offer an opportunity to come together to support  Home‑Start’s mission, while also creating meaningful and sustainable relationships within our wider business and local networks.

As the charitable arm of Richard Place Dobson, the RPD Foundation is dedicated to facilitating long-term, purpose-led partnerships that go beyond fundraising alone.
